- Step 1:On your computer, open the default web browser and navigate to the RoadRunner Help and Member Services page.
- Step 2:From the drop-down menus provided on the page, choose your provider, city, and state. Then, click on the Apply button. Now, your web browser will take you to the next page.
- Step 3:On the next page, select the I don’t know my RoadRunner email password option.
- Step 4:On the page that appears next, type in your RoadRunner email address and then click on the Submit button.
- Step 5:Next, enter the MAC identification number of your cable modem or 4G WiMax mobile device, in the space provided. Then, click on the Submit button.
- Step 6:Note: In case you are not sure about the location of the MAC identification number, you can click on the How to Check Your Cable Modem ID or the How to Check Your 4G Wimax Mobile Device MAC ID option. Then, click on the Submit button.
- Step 7:From the options provided in the drop-down menu, select a security question. Enter the correct answer in the box and click on the Submit button.
- Step 8:On the page that displays next, you will find a temporary password. Please note down this password.
- Step 9:Now, navigate to the RoadRunner login page. Here, click on the Forgot Your Roadrunner Email Password? option. From the list of displayed options, choose I know my Road Runner email password and I want to change it.
- Step 10:On the next page, click on the Change Password option. Then, enter the temporary password, which you have noted down earlier.
- Step 11:In the designated boxes, type in your new password two times. Then, click on the Submit button.
- Step 12:Now, you can make use of your new password to log into RoadRunner.
- Step 13:You have now successfully reset or recover my Roadrunner email password.
