It is impossible to change mail.com email address. However, you can delete your existing e-mail address and create a new one. It is better to create a new email address beforehand and set it as your default address. Do not delete the old email address unless and until all your contacts are updated with your new email address.
Different sender addresses can be used for mail.com. This option is useful if the main sender address shouldn’t be displayed in an e-mail message. It is also possible to create up to 10 e-mail addresses. All the e-mail addresses created for your mailbox will be displayed on the Alias Addresses settings page. One of these e-mail addresses can be defined as the default address. So, this default address will be used as the sender’s address while you compose, forward, or reply to an e-mail. There is also an optional way to set the sender address for an individual e-mail.
The sender’s name will be included in each e-mail that is sent. While choosing the default address, set it in such a way that your name is not sent along with the e-mail by default.
