If you have multiple email accounts and you want to manage all your email messages on a single email account, you can forward your emails to it. Carry out any of the following procedures to forward Outlook email messages.
Procedure 1 - Forwarding all email messages using the Forwarding feature
Step 1: Access your Outlook account from a web browser.
Step 2: Click Settings and select the View all Outlook settings option.
Step 3: Select the Mail option followed by the Forwarding option in the left panel.
Step 4: Select the checkbox next to the Enable Forwarding option.
Step 5: In the ‘Forward my email to’ field, type the email address in which you want to receive the forwarded email messages.
Step 6: Select the checkbox next to the ‘Keep a copy of forwarded messages’ option.
Step 7: Click Save at the top of the screen.
Step 8: This will forward all your Outlook email messages to the specified email address.
Procedure 2 - Forwarding all email messages using a rule
Step 1: Access your Outlook email account, click Settings, and select Options -> Organize Email -> Inbox Rules.
Step 2: Click the arrow beside the plus symbol and then select the ‘Create a new rule for arriving messages’ option.
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘When the message arrives’ section and choose the ‘Apply to all messages’ option.
Step 4: Go to the ‘Do the following’ section and select More Options.
Step 5: Click Forward, redirect, or send.
Step 6: Select either the ‘Forward the message to’ or ‘Forward the message as an attachment to’ option.
Step 7: Enter the email address you need to forward the emails. You can even select it from the Address Book list.
Step 8: Click the OK option followed by the Save option.
Step 9: Note: If you reply to an email message that has been forwarded, the reply will be sent to your original email address. It will not be sent to the sender.
Step 10: If you want to send the reply to the sender from your forwarded email account, you have to select the ‘Redirect the message to’ option instead of ‘ Forward the message to’ under the ‘Do the following’ section.
