The sent email cannot be edited for mistakes, but Outlook's recall feature allows users to recall an email in Mail.com in limited circumstances. The recall feature sends a message asking the email client to delete the email that you have just sent. The purpose of this part is to delete the email send with any typos or other errors. This also allows users to substitute the message with a new message. By default, Outlook will delete the email message if the recipient hasn't read it yet. However, if the recipient has read the email, then it can be deleted.
To change the email address, open the Email application.

To archive the emails first, sign into the Gmail account.
