- Step 1: First, reboot your iPhone and check if the error persists.
- Step 2:Check if you could access your email accounts from other devices.
- Step 3:If you could access the email configured on your iPhone from other devices, then you need to remove and re-add your account on the iPhone.
- Step 4:Tap the Settings icon to open the Settings app.
- Step 5:Select Accounts & Passwords from the settings window.
- Step 6:Select your account from the list of email accounts and tap the Delete Account button.
- Step 7:If prompted, confirm your action by tapping the Delete Account button again.
- Step 8:Use the same procedure to delete other email accounts configured on your iPhone.
- Step 9:Now, re-add the deleted accounts.
- Step 10:Turn off your iPhone and restart it after a few minutes.
- Step 11:Open the Settings app again.
- Step 12:In the Settings window, tap the Accounts & Passwords button.
- Step 13:Tap the Add Account button and choose your email service provider from the displayed list.
- Step 14:Enter the email address and password of your email account in the required fields.
- Step 15:Enter your desired name in the Name field and fill up the Description field (if necessary).
- Step 16:Now, your account will be verified and configured automatically on your iPhone.
- Step 17:If you wish to configure the email server settings manually, tap the Other option from the list of email service providers.
- Step 18:Tap Add Mail Account and fill the user details such as name, description, email address, and password on the next screen.
- Step 19:Tap the Next button and choose IMAP or POP as your account type.
- Step 20:Under Incoming Mail Server , enter the incoming mail server name (for example, imap.gmail.com or pop.gmail.com) in the Host Name field.
- Step 21:Under Outgoing Mail Server , enter the outgoing mail server name (for example, smtp.gmail.com).
- Step 22:Tap the Next button to verify the server settings.
- Step 23:Next, toggle on the Contacts and Mails buttons.
- Step 24:Tap the Save button to save the applied settings.
- Step 25:Now, the multiple email errors will be fixed on your iPhone.
